I loved your example of a Quinoa Casserole recipe and how easy it is to blend with Mexican flavors into it. We’ve been trying to incorporate healthier ingredients into our daily menus and we also wanted to explore different kinds of flavors from different cuisines. With this in mind, I’ll be sure to follow all your recipes and find more Mexican grills and restaurants where I can sample more Mexican food before attempting it myself.
