Will vegan cheese melt?
Yes, yes, one thousand times yes! Long gone are days where vegan cheese merely got warm and soft, but wouldn’t come close to melting.
Today, not only do we have a world of options when it comes to choosing between a vegan mozzarella or feta, to a plant-based parmesan-ish cheese or applewood smoked cheddar or even brie and halloumi style vegan cheese, but they all melt.
Granted, melting might not be your general ambition when it comes to buying a vegan brie, but you get the point. All cheese should melt, and now (nearly) all plant-based cheeses do.
