I've applied here quite a few times and every time I got turned down which I don't know why ? It's a great store I would love working here but they won't give me a chance so I came by today it says now hiring must be a scam !

Worst customer service. We just moved to Venice Florida and looking for bedding. We bought bedding which didn't workout. We needed to return the items. The cashier was SO RUDE. She said I can't believe you are returning all these items. I explained the items were to small

or wrong colors. Well she said I never return anything I buy; I make sure I like the items. I couldn't believe it. I complained to the manager and he wasn't surprised. I hate that store. If I could give it a zero review I would.

Linda and Domingo went above and beyond to help me with a return without a receipt and a sku to scan. They coiuld have just turned me away, but they worked to find the item and a sku in another store. Will definitely return to this store.

I bought a pair of shoes that were defective on the back part of the shoe. I didn't notice they were defective at the time. Three days later I noticed. Went to the store they refused a refund or exchange because I had no receipt. I bought a gym bag

about 3 weeks later. The zipper would not function about 4 days later. The store worker said she could look up the item on the loyalty program. Then she got an attitude and refused to help me. I am now out of almost $50 in defective merchandise. If you are going to screw the public and sell junk put a sign out in the front of the store and say so. What a crap way to do business. I called the 800 number and again got nothing but uncooperative minorities. What a low class organization. I would attach pictures, but I am only a library computer. The bag I still have, the shoes I left at the store. I guess I gave the store denial plausibility by leaving the shoes and showing my frustration. What a s**t company.

I work in agriculture. After a long day of picking watermelon in the hot sun and getting home to care for my two month old I decided to go looking for a better hat . I tired on a few hats and hung them on the try on rack .

While I tried on hats an employee gave me harsh stares and I decided to choose one a leave . As I was in the front trying to cash out the same employee an old lady with red hair screamed at me "why did you leave the hats there " and was upset I placed them on the try on rack. She started harassing me while my newborn baby was with me she was screaming at me calling me names . She clearly doesn't like her job because she started ranting off all types of stuff , which could easily be solved by not working there. She thinks it's hard to work retail . What's hard is carrying watermelon all day then getting home to your baby and simply trying to buy a hat and getting harassed by an employee who should be there to make shopping easier not harder. Terrible employee if you don't like your job and the stuff it requires you to do then just quit.

Little kids running around with a couple of toys they get off of shelf. I'm with an elderly mother on Mother's Day, luckily I kept them from running into her. What an easy way to break a hip. Bealls manger needs to take action on this sort

of issue and control the kids not make the customer do it. Wake up Bealls. Don't tolerate this behavior, it's not a playground. I hope senior management sees this.

Personally I loved Bealls like my Mother before, me, but not anymore because of the injustice...they are playing judge, jury and executioner with people's lives who have already paid their debt to society! Even those who have withheld adjudication for insignificant charges, or other non-violent crimes. People go through the

court process, complete their sentences and pay their dues. Bealls hires them, puts them to work, lets invest themselves in their jobs and two weeks later --hands them a letter firing them for vague arbitrary reasons because we live in a right to work state. Either do the background check up front ** just BE HONEST ** do not hire anyone before you do your due diligence if you only want to hire the pure and pristine people. STILL I do not wish to spend my hard earned money at a place that thinks it's too good for good people who made a bad choice. I choose people over things every time...so Bealls can keep their things because we can get those anywhere and preferably someplace they treat people like they are of value! ADDITIONALLY Beall's hiring tactics of "interview today -start tomorrow'" also mean that at any given time you are most likely paying more because they are not willing to do their due their due diligence and complete background BEFORE putting someone to in the store meaning career criminals have every opportunity to rob US blind as ultimately WE PAY the higher prices for Beall's capitalist greed. So they throw away decent folk who made a mistake versus letting wolves into the henhouse all day everyday and blame it on customer theft when its the very people they invited into their backroom, into their registers and into our pockets! STOP BEALLS NOW! BOYCOTT BEALLS IN PERSON AND ONLINE!
