After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

@KameekMusic @bt_uk I moved off mine earlier this year for similar reasons. Now paying the same for broadband/landline, plus 3 mobile lines that i was for broadband and landline with BT. Had been a customer for 20 years beforehand.

@bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

@WeAreOpenreach just been told by @bt_uk that my 90yr old Dad can wait approx 10 days for you to repair his service! He has no mobile, totally reliant on his landline, and is very frail. Should he need an ambulance he can go whistle apparently….thanks for that.

@bt_uk I know what do do with them but the Government made All Phone Companies,Broadband Companies etc Sort Out the Problem I have EE Phone.i keep getting spammers on my Landline.Your Problem Sort It or I will write to the CEO of BT

@dave_merritt @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk I’ve Had similar experiences Dave! Not to the extent of a road closure. And I have to say Will in BT has tried his best. But Openreach just don’t cut. I agree their letting BT down.

@bt_uk guys, is the internet down in parts of London at the moment? I’m in N16 and the internet is so incredibly slow. Takes 30 seconds to load a page. Any issues in the area that you know of?
