1). 30 mins on the phone with #xfininity #comcast TERRIBLE customer service. Learned that I’m eligible for a $10 discount for automatic/paperless billing which I’ve done for years but ironically the discount has only been offered for 2 months. Which I wasn’t getting

I just realized that @Xfinity caps monthly data usage at 1.2 TB and charges $10 per 50 GB if you go over the limit. WTF. The 200 Mbps plan I'm on could exhaust the 1.2 TB in under 14 hours...

Trying to get ahold of @ZiplyFiber is the worst. There was a fire out front of our apartment and the cable lines were damaged, when we called they said they haven't received an outage report and yet here are five Xfinity trucks out front fixing the cable wires right now.
