@DavidPoland @FusionMan6 One of the issues with a Comcast buy is content licensing. Would imagine a lot of other studios will pull their content just like everyone is pulling their stuff from Hulu. Not to mention the international licensing headaches. Don't think tech would have that same issue.

When I moved, I had to move over my @Xfinity cable service. Somehow in that process, I lost access to the premium @peaco*ckTV service that went along with that. The website wouldn't relink them together and I've been back and forth with peaco*ck support. (1/2)

@Chaosxsilencer I was born in 93 and I remember dial up. AIM and AOL were my jam back in the day. I remember when Broadband internet came in too. Then Adelphia got bought out by Corruptcast (oh I'm sorry :/ comcast). My parents switched to FiOS so god damn fast when it came here in 2007.

Comcast is quite solid. They have some dog paddling right now. They would understand tighter content spending. They know advertising/AVOD. And they have a giant library and a broadcast network. Need all these working pieces to be max. Seems crazy… but convincing myself…

@BobInBoulder Welp, haven't missed comcast one bit since they stopped carrying Altitude, so maybe the answer is, we adapt (and sometimes that means not paying anyone :) Hopefully that will be motivation for companies to provide a better solution at some point.

Hahahaha! While on chat with Xfinity about cancelling one phone line, I keep getting "Mychart" messages from Doctors about prescriptions being transferred & in the middle of all of this, they call from insurance company wanting to schedule "routine home health" visit! STUPID...

@MarkKaboly I don’t have those issues with it to date. How do you access it? Smart TV, cable company (xfinity has the apps tab), iPad/phone? The times I have had any issue, it’s because it came through Comcast/xfinity menu
