Roger Spencer Withnell
A funeral service washeld on August 6 at St Mary's Church, Brilley, for Roger Spencer Withnell, who passed away on July 9 at his daughter's home in Farnham. Interment was made at Offa's Orchard with Reverend Katie Smith conducting funeral services Roger had been battling pancreatic cancer; however, his mantra was thatlife should be enjoyed and he managed, in the 82 years that he lived, to achieve that one hundred per cent.
