You may have been logged out of your profile that you set up your Music Choice+ account with. Re-log back in. If you are logged in with your profile and Music Choice+ is still not accessable, check the status of your Music Choice+ subscription.

The Music Choice app is available on the following models: Most Vizio Smart TVs newer than 2016. Most Samsung Smart TVs newer than 2019. Select LG Smart TVs.

How is Music Choice+ different to the Music Choice channels and playlists? Music Choice+ is a subscription service that gives you the freedom to play millions of songs, artists, music videos, and albums, anytime you want, on demand, on your TV and mobile devices. You no longer have to wait for your song to play!

To cancel your subscription you must contact your cable provider. You cannot cancel via dashboard.musicchoice.com. To cancel, you must unsubscribe by using your remote on your TV provider's On Demand menu.
