Season 1

Episode 1

After their successful death metal performance at a death metal festival, all the zombie girls regain their senses. She wakes up along with Ai Mizuno and Junko Konno but was frightened upon seeing Tae Yamada's primal nature.

Episode 2

With Lily's senses restored, she can now freely think and act like a normal human. However, she returns doing nothing like the rest of the girls, while Sakura Minamoto remains proactive with Kotaro Tatsumi. However, when the girls are given a presentation opportunity at Saga Castle, they try to follow Kotaro's introduction instructions, even though Tae Yamada almost compromises all of the human costumes of the girls.As Sakura tries to keep everything under control, Saki pushes Sakura aside and taunts everyone in the audience with Tae's head. Sakura finally breaks and hits Tae's head, then verbally fights Saki in a rap battle. Lily and Yugiri join the fight as background rappers to engage everyone in the audience and intuitively make the performance a success.

Episode 3

Before training to meet with Kotaro Tatsumi's expectations, Lily suggested that they should elect a leader among them, whereas Saki Nikaido stands up to elect herself as the leader.Secondly, Lily says they should come up with a new group name, as she feels that Kotaro's provided ones are too bland. Sheinsists on a cute name, but the rest don't feel comfortable with that. Just then, Tae Yamada sneezes and interrupts everyone. The sneeze inspires Lily, and she comes up with an original name: “Franchouchou.” Everyone agrees with her idea, and so they've decided to be called Franchouchou.

Episode 4

While Kotaro presents her collaboration with the Hotel Kasuien and the hot springs, Lily is surprisingly unnoticed by the viewer, since she disliked the hot springs for personal reasons. In Ureshino, Lily accompanies Yugiri through the city and visits several temples and tourist places. At night, when Sakura scares the pharmacist lady, she accidentally surprises her in the style of the Shining movie.

Episode 5

During the morning presentation on Drive-in Tori, she mentions that she does not know the place, although she is from Saga. Arriving at the place, she is excited by the taste of chicken and at the time of the commercial, she follows the letters without any problem.

In the next half of the episode, she mentions how ugly the Kotaro shirt made for Franchouchou. Although she participates in the Gatalympics, she does not manage to win the necessary position to be on the podium

Episode 6

While Ai is on Kotaro's computer, it is implied that she knows quite a bit about show business. She also participates in the indoor concert and takes photos with fans. After Ai and Junko's fight, she makes nervous about the future of the group.

Concerned about Junko and about Saga Rock, she gives several ideas on how they can solve the problem but does nothing, Yugiri mentions how mature Lily is in secret.

She participates in the training in an energetic way for the open-air concert. When they are leaving the mansion, Kotaro runs over Junko and after saying that she will go, Lily proceeds to hug her as they can now participate in the normal way.

Before the concert, she almost reveals her zombie nature with her outstanding heart.

Episode 8

Early Life

Lily's mother passed away when she was young, and she lived a peaceful life with her father, Takeo Go. She later took up acting roles with Takeo as her manager. She became renowned for her cute persona, appearing in many series and shows. Sometime between Lily's birth and before taking up acting, she began identifying as a girl. Her birth name was “Masao Go.”

Over the course of her acting career, Takeo overworked Lily on numerous occasions, who had now become too attached to career management and neglected Lily's feelings. As his ignorance continued, their relationship soon rifted apart as Lily began to shut herself away from Takeo for ignoring her. She later expressed worry she was going to be an adult. While keeping herself away, she looked into a mirror and --- to her shock --- sees facial hair growing on her. The combined mental shock and exhaustion caused Lily to have a heart attack and died as a result. When Takeo found her body, he was riddled with grief as he became alone.

Present

As Franchouchou enjoy a string of new gigs and events, a large man named Takeo Go comes to one of their events after noticing something familiar about a child star named Lily Hoshikawa. Lily then explains to Sakura Minamoto that the man was her father, further revealing that she wasa boy named Masao Go. She died from the shock of growing facial hair, worsened by many months of overwork. Realizing how much Takeo cared for Lily, Franchouchou invites him to a concert, where Lily performs a special song to give him a proper goodbye.

Episode 9

When Kotaro sends them with the elders, Lily is surprised by the Kashima dance and proceeds to follow the dance. When Maria arrives to challenge Sakura,she just doesn't do anything and encourages Tae to bite Maria's hair. In Kotaro's truck, she starts fighting with Tae for the squid that she stole from her.

Episode 10

Happy that now her father comes to the concerts, Lily feels better, and after Kotaro sends them to the mountains, it is implied that Lily participated in a survival television series and apparently learned how to survive in the wild. During the episode, she is seen with Saki lighting a fire and making a makeshift camp.

Episode 11

At the beginning of the episode, Sakura suffers an accident and reaches her lowest point. When Sakura doesn't answer she gets sad because she doesn't recognize her, she tries to make Sakura go back to normal, being useless because Sakura is indifferent to her and makes her cry.

Episode 12

Concerned about Sakura's attitude, Lily feels sorrowful, but they can't do much to cheer her up. After Tae brings her down from the attic and the girls give a speech about how Sakura kept the group together, she is unfazed, as she continues without remembering the girls, and she doesn't care. Yugiri makes her see reason and convinces her to go to Arpino. The next day in practice, Sakura manages to remember the dance involuntarily for Arpino and Lily is very excited because everything is fine.

Already in Arpino, and after its collapse, the girls welcome the Sakura they met and sing to end the series. However, Ookoba seems to recognize Lily and is starting to investigate them.

Fierce Fighting Training

Kotaro leaves the girls in the city of Imari to walk and be entertained while he goes to do business. The others think it is a good idea to enter a ramen shop because of Saki's idea, to which Lily says that Kotaro only said not to physically interact with the fans and that everything would be fine.

With Franchouchou and the other girls, they go to Yoshinogari, but even without knowing the purpose of the trip, they are a bit puzzled. But without being able to ask Kotaro about his aggressive attitude, they restrict themselves to following his orders. However, the girls are distracted when they see that the park has many places where they can relax while they search for Saga's secret. Little by little the girls become distracted by the attractions and Lily enters, with Ai, and Saki in an old-fashioned fire-lighting competition. Due to their little experience, they cannot light the fire, and they end up exhausted, but Yugiri was able to finish the challenge.

Kotaro is angry that the girls are not taking seriously the job he gave them, and Saki annoys him by establishing her dominance over Saga on a hill. Now, with Kotaro depressed, the girls continue with their activities; Lily tries on Yayoi-era clothes together with Yugiri and Saki.

As Saki and Tae strike biker poses, the girls realize what's going on upstairs and decide to help, but are outmatched by Tae, who manages to save Kotaro and Sakura. With Sakura crying that she just saved them from being found out as she hugs Tae, Sakura decides to help Kotaro with his problem of finding Saga's secret by getting engaged to the other girls.

With their attention now, Franchouchou decides to discuss the experiences they have had until the trip to Yoshinogari. It is where Kotaro realizes that the secret he was looking for is the team experiences and the whole journey that They have been brought there. Finally satisfied with the answer, he decides to take more into account the opinion of the girls and not get carried away so much by himself.

In the mansion, they continue training for a concert during the night, at the end of the practice they decide to cook something for them since it is almost the new year, they prepare a Saga soup and eat it while they talk about their experiences as Franchouchou.

It's New Year's Eve, the girls wake up hungry, and Junko, Ai, and Sakura discuss their experiences with Police Officer A. The girls decide to eat the soup they just prepare, but Tae chokes and Sakura goes to help her (even though they are already dead), but accidentally, she hits Kotaro with what Tae spat; however, he only screams a little and gives them more food for the new year, leaving only crumbs.

The Future Development of Saga

Kotaro takes Franchouchou to a restaurant to prepare a meal that an old man from Saga taught him and at the same time learn how to make it. Finally, it turned out quite well and the owners congratulate the girls. At the mansion, and with their new food on the table, they decide to go practice their new song.

Now, Franchouchou prepares for a big concert, while Kotaro watches and decides that now they will stop being idols to participate in a restaurant to promote themselves through food. Now the girls will have a judge in a bird costume, and it will be the one who decides which of the girls prepares the best food dish to win. At the end of the contest, the girls team up and win. Kotaro checks social media to see Franchouchou's performance.

In the training room, the girls discuss the concerts and the places where Kotaro has taken them, they decide to thank the busy manager and leave the mansion, leaving a note in the room for Kotaro to read when he arrives. While Kotaro searches for Franchouchou all over Saga, the group walks through various places in Karatsu while they discuss the future performance at the EFS and how that will be their big jump. When Kotaro arrives, they all decide to go all out for the big concert and make the group's name big.

Season 2

Episode 13

Lily now works delivering milk to the people of Saga on her bicycle during the mornings. In the mansion, she is happy because Ai brought the squid of the day but is interrupted by Tae when her head jumps on her which makes the other girls laugh a little, she also highlights Tae's lack of manners in the dining room. The next day she is in the mansion along with the others after delivering the merchandise, it should be noted that she is reading a heavy machinery magazine as she used to do.

In the training room after Sakura spoke with Tatsumi, she comes up with the idea of ​​entering Kotaro's room to see why he was in such a rush. Already in his room, they find nothing more than his recorder with his new song.

At the GEILS, the girls are prepared for their anniversary of the first concert and go out, but as usual, nobody pays attention to them, and shortly after a fight breaks out because of Kotaro the girls continue with their new song until the end.

At the mansion the next day, Kotaro arrives shaved and with his hair cut to greet the girls as usual.

Episode 14

Franchouchou is in the morning meetings together with Kotaro, who plays a TV presenter and annoys the girls, as usual, Kotaro asks them what they will do now that they returned as an idol group. When he gets serious and says that they are going to spend the day with White Ryu is when Saki gets excited and screams with excitement.

The girls arrive in the city where the shrine is and Lily makes fun of Ryu's crazy fallen pompadour and Tae mockingly imitates him.

Then they ask Ryu a few questions and follow him around the shopping area, they try to buy some pet fish freedom but only get a holder for chopsticks. One of the presenters tells them to go to the shrine of the God of marriage, which makes Junko nervous to mention that topic, in the shrine the girls begin to pray and wonder if God will listen to them as they are zombies.

Almost at the end of the program, Ryu says that he wants to climb the hill to reach the top of the sanctuary, and although he arrives tired due to his age, they succeed. In the mansion the girls discuss about love and how it is taboo for idols, Junko blushes when Ai tells her that idols had hidden crushes in her time and Sakura gets jealous because she does not deny having had a relationship in life.

Finally, Franchouchou performs at GEILS death metal with a new cover song by White Ryu while watching shots of them on the station he left behind.

Episode 15

Lily is present when Kotaro barges in and blasts everyone with a water gun, telling them that they'll be opening for Iron Frill. She helps prepare with the rest of Franchouchou for the show, and when Saki Nikaido mentions that Iron Frill's self-assurance was probably a direct challenge to them, Lily comments that Franchouchou probably isn't even on Iron Frill's radar.

Episode 16

While practicing, the rest of Franchouchou notices that Junko Konno is acting oddly, and Lily recommends she get some rest, but Junko brushes it off. After leaving, Lily notes that Junko has had a “scary look” on her face ever since Ai Mizuno left to do solo acts. She later performed with the rest of Franchouchou at the Saga Arena and glared at Iron Frill when they continued trying to poach Ai from them. In the aftermath, she spoke about “leveling up” before they could go against Iron Frill directly.

Episode 17

Lily Hoshikawa/History (14)

Lily has a plan to accrue even more fame for Franchouchou by trying out for “Japanese Got Performance”, a national TV talent show. Her main competitor is Light Oozora, a child actor, who Lily greets amicably. However, Sakura Minamoto warns Lily that Light has a plan to win over the audience, but Lily is unconcerned and breezes to the finals by telling a humorous, heartfelt story as her first act. For the finals against Light, Lily intends to sing “Life”, which she used to sing with her father.

While speaking with Light before the performance, Light insists that he intends to make it to Broadway, to not fizzle out and lose his fame when his youth fades and that he intends to blow her out of the water as part of that process. Lily remains immune to Light's words, and Sakura tells her that all of Franchouchou support her. However, she briefly panics when she sees Light sing the same “Life” song that she was going to perform, so instead she quickly throws together a costume and makes a Bodda Bope/gibberish variation of the song on the fly with upbeat vocals, dancing, and only a few of the song's original lyrics.

Although her performance goes viral almost immediately, she still loses to Light. She congratulates him and continues to show good sportsmanship, which unsettles Light and makes him think his skills are lesser than hers, despite his victory. Lily reassures him in the bathroom and encourages him to continue after his dreams as he planned, which cheers him and prompts him to offer to work with her if she ever found herself in Tokyo.

Episode 18

Lily sees Saki and Junko off for the day, and in the evening when Tae returns, she's as shocked as everyone else when she realizes that Tae won 20 million yen in a bet, absolving their debts.

Episode 19

When Maimai Yuzuriha asks to join Franchouchou, Lily is initially confused, but everyone goes with it, and they practice together. Maimai later suggests performing at her high school, which Lily likes, although Lily later turns down Maimai's offer to visit the baths for obvious reasons, being zombies. Lily instead suggests they visit the high school early. Afterward, Lily performs at the high school with Maimai, and when Maimai leaves, Lily comments on Maimai's strange name but otherwise gives her well-wishes.

Episode 21

Lily has a cameo where she tries to get Tae Yamada to stop eating a hat, then goes out to perform an ode to Saga with the rest of Franchouchou.

Episode 22

EFS disaster

The episode begins in the time before Franchouchou's first performance at the Ekimae Fudosan Stadium. After a recent and successful album, hopes are high, but Kotaro goes to great lengths by insisting that they perform at a 25,000-capacity stadium, EFS. While Ai Mizuno is skeptical, Kotaro insists that everyone in Franchouchou was once a legend (except Sakura) and that they can succeed. Afterward, most Franchouchou have doubts about their chances, but Sakura convinces them to do their best. However, Ai remains restless, since she died in this stadium, but Saki and Junko comfort her about this, Lily says that they were able to overcome Arpino's problem and now this challenge can be easily overcome.

On the eve of the performance, Kotaro reveals that he did not sell any tickets and that instead, sales are available only on the day of. Naturally, the crowd the next day is small, and the performance is terrible. Indebted and dejected, Kotaro begins drinking for several weeks straight, leaving no food for the zombies (who need no sustenance in any case). However, Tae Yamada manages to put on makeup without Kotaro and goes out seeking food. This inspires the girls and Lily to not depend on Kotaro and seek their own work.

Present

Kotaro is taking the upcoming EFS concert (scheduled for the anniversary of the ruinous first attempt) very seriously, investing in ad campaigns to drive sales, using merchandise sales as a predictor of audience attraction, and this time around, allowing pre-sold tickets. He apologizes to Franchouchou for his personal failure last time, insisting that it will be different this year and exclaiming that at this concert, Franchouchou girls will have their revenge and then their counterattack. His speech ends with a sneeze from being in the cold water, Lily highlights how cute this was and makes Kotaro annoy a bit.

Episode 23

Surprised by the storm that has just occurred in Saga, Lily proposes that they should record a program of them on a desert island surviving since their house is adrift in the middle of the sea.

Soon after, they reach the Karatsu coastline, a few kilometers from where their home originally stood. As soon as they leave the house, it collapses due to its age and being subjected to the force of nature. Lily is hardly surprised because strange things always happen in Saga. The girls go to a shelter where they introduce themselves under false names based on their numbers and decide to help those in the shelter by encouraging them to keep going. Lily spends the day entertaining the children and making sure that Tae doesn't expose that they are zombies.

At night, to keep the kids from getting sad, Lily does her scat performance to encourage them to come out of this mess and make their night at the shelter brighter. Along with the rest of Franchouchou, she performs performances in the shopping center parking lot to lift the spirits of those affected by the flood.

When the girls' makeup starts to fall off, they will have to improvise with ceramic masks that break when on stage. But for their fortune, the children think that it is only makeup, and they play along to go unnoticed.

Kotaro arrives that same night to put on new makeup and cheer them on for the concert on March 8th.

Episode 24

While the girls are bathing in a barrel, Lily talks to Yugiri about her mother and how she will be protecting them from heaven. Franchouchou arrives at the radio station (although they missed the day) and Saki gives a speech to the entire Saga on how to overcome the disaster they went through, inviting the people of Saga to the Franchouchou concert.

On March 7, 2020, the girls leave for the Saga stadium on foot through the prefecture. March 8 is the day of the concert, Franchouchou receives international attention, and they are ready to carry out their revenge after a year of the failure of the Ekimae Fudosan. The girls perform their revenge concert successfully. Backstage, Kotaro tries to give them a pep talk, but is interrupted by the girls, including Lily because they knew exactly what he was going to say.
