Installation is easy if you already have a Norton subscription. Download and install Norton 360 here.
If you want to stop your subscription from automatically renewing, before the day you are due to be charged, all you need to do is to:
- Contact us; or
- Sign in to my.Norton.comand follow these steps:
1. Visit the My Subscriptions or Renewal Settings tab;
2. Click Cancel Subscription Renewal located either next to or below the subscription you want to cancel the renewal for; and
3. Confirm your cancellation.
It typically takes a few hours from your request for the change to take effect.
