The guys were great and helpedme. Took meto the section even because inmy eyes I'm a“stupid” girl. Only thing Ididn't like was another employee Ibelieve placing anorder and making nasty comments under her breath.

The people that work here don't know anything. Ican call and ask for aheadlight and they want the motor size. What's that got todo with myheadlight? Hello!!! Need awhole new staff that knows something..

They never seem tohave any parts instock! Then they tell you tocome back tomorrow after 1pm and half the time the parts not there bcthe driver over lookedit. Ilive 25miles out oftown, that's 50miles round trip, 2gallons ofgas $8down the drain!

They were really rude and unprofessional. The employ Travis Rwas cussing and got mad when hewas asked tohelp mefind apart. Hejust wanted toplay onFacebook onhis phone. Hewas very rude unprofessional and was clueless onany vehicle knowledge. What ajoke heis. Good luck getting anyone with knowledge tohelpyou.

Hello Iwas aloyal customer for many years Ijust recently bought abrand new 2015GMC Dinali pick uptruck Iwas sold the incorrect oil filter for myvehicle ithas been almost 3months and they have done nothing tofix itin any orderly fashion oran any speed they’re going slow inthe attempt tohelp meI would never recommend O’Reillys toanyone again!
