We really enjoyed this! Added a sliced jalapeño,, used vegetable stock and sausage instead of beef. Will definitely make this again.

I always have to add more liquid to get it to cook right! I also recommend adding oregano and a bit of thyme

Tasted great! Nice consistency but does bsorb a lot of the liquid due to the rice I remedied it by doing more broth

Just made this tonight. I did change it up a bit since I needed to clean out the fridge/pantry a bit. I only had 1 lb of ground beef so I added 2 stalks of celery, 1 green bell pepper, 1 bunch fresh cilantro, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, capful of liquid smoke, substituted 2 cups of rice for 2 cups of quinoa to finish that up along with 1 cup jasmine rice. Didn't have tomato juice so I did one 6 oz can of tomato paste to 4 parts filtered water, 1 can of diced tomatoes w/green chilies and 1 can of normal diced tomatoes. I also used leftover broth from a stew I made in the IP instead of store bought broth. Even with all the changes it tasted absolutely amazing! I always appreciate these receipes as a guide but I am always making subsitituions these days. I grilled up some corn street taco tortillas to go with it. Definitely will be making this again.

Super easy & so, so delicious! We used sausage instead of beef just because it’s what i had on hand. Will absolutely save this & add to our rotation. Thank you!!

So easy and yummy! Same great stuffed cabbage flavor without the effort. I changed nothing. Added some red pepper flake, and Tabasco to spice it up a little. New go-to!

This a really good hot stew on a cold evening. I substituted the ground beef for beef cubes. I added 1 cup of baby carrots, 2 stalks of celery. Added 2 tablespoons of Mrs Dash (original) and 1 tablespoon of Old Bay Seasoning. Cooked it an Power Cooker for 15 minutes on the soup/stew setting. Turned out great, will make again!
