I ordered 5 necklaces from Perfect Memorials. All of them were perfect except the sterling silver horse with a regular small screw ( not the bale). They didn't send me a really small screwdriver to unscrew it so we used an eyeglass screwdriver that wouldn't unscrew it and scratched the horse and screw up. After looking at the packing list a screwdriver was supposed to be in the package. I called them and explained the issue and they are happily sending another one free of charge. Since it was Sterling silver, they are sending a prepaid envelope so I can send it back and they will melt it down. Along the way I called them a few times for questions. I have to say this company is exemplary for customer service. Very Professional and I love the necklaces. I give this company 5 stars and will order from them again if the need comes up in the future.

other than how faint the picture actually is... I asked them in the cropping notes to use the picture from the neck up. they sent me the necklace leaving her shoulders in it, thus leaving detail out of her face. the engraving is fine.

This urn worked so well for what I had in mind. Our dad loved sailing and I wanted to release his ashes during a sail. I searched for "sailing memorial charter" and found a wonderful company, Left Coast Charters in Port Townsend, WA. I put his ashes in the biodegradable bag included and asked family members if they'd like to write a message on the urn. This urn was not too textured and absorbed the Sharpie ink perfectly. My husband wrote my dad's favorite joke on it, which really capped the experience for us. The urn floated briefly and then sank out of sight. Thank you, Perfect Memorials, for this product and timely shipping. It met and exceeded all my expectations.

When the time came, I ordered the urn plus the gold engraved "necklace" to add around the urn. I was hoping that they both would arrive by the time of mom's Celebration of Life, but it was less than two weeks away. They both arrived together in less than one week. I LOVED both! And, so did the guests at mom's Celebration. It's a beautiful piece that will reside with me at home, and be a lovely remembrance.
