One of the most common and generic use of the whipping cream is that it is used for the toppings of desserts like cake, pies or cupcake and beverages like smoothie and milkshakes. It is also used in layering of cakes such as black forest, white forest cakes. It is used for making chocolate ganache/truffle or a chocolate based cream layer in cakes.

  • Supertrop – Contains 15% fat and 25% sugar, Has a strong vanilla flavour with stability, it’s a notch below Tropolite Premium
  • Truflite – Chocolate flavoured ganache cream which can also be whipped to make chocolate whipped cream, versatile product with great stability
  • D’lecta Dairy Whipping Cream – Contains no added sugar with 32% milk fat, comes in 1 kg gable top cartons, perhaps one of the only pure dairy cream in Nepal
