While you are asleep all your body parts are at rest except for your brain. Your brain in fact draws more energy to work efficiently. When we are tired we often say, ‘my mind needs rest’. But while we are sleeping our brain constantly works to energise us with more power and reschedule our tasks.
While we sleep we give our mind and body more energy to recuperate and sort out what happened throughout the day and prepare our mind for the next day. Sleeping provides our brain with better solutions.
