INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats (or oat flour)
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 9 tbsp orange juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (fan-forced.)
In a blender or food processor, grind your oats into a fine flour consistency (this will give your baked oats more of a smooth cake-like texture.)
Add the dry ingredients into an oven-safe dish or mug and whisk together. Add wet ingredients and gently fold mixture until just combined
Bake for 10-20 minutes or until it has reached your desired cakey vs gooey texture.
