In order to audition, you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age by May 31, 2024.

You must be legally here in the United States and must be eligible to accept the prize*, if awarded, with the unrestricted right to work for any U.S. employer and live in the United States. Proof of such eligibility must be provided to Producer. Acceptable forms of proof include (without limitation) a valid US passport or combination of valid US driver’s license and valid social security card.

*Satisfaction of this eligibility requirement pertains solely to the participant’s receipt of prizes (if any) that may be awarded by Producer.

If you are auditioning as a duo or trio, make ONE Artist account.

We won’t be traveling to Open Call Cities this season. All casting for The Voice will be done online and through video submissions. Be sure to submit your video or register for one of our Virtual Open Calls.

NO! One video submission per season is all that is needed!

YES.

You can't upload your video submission to your Artist Account; we only accept links to view or download your video submission. There are many free platforms that allow you to share files or publish your video; you can upload your video to one of these platforms and copy/paste a shareable link/url into your Artist Account. Please make sure your link does not require a password to access (private links are ok). (Examples of popular free platforms are YouTube, Vimeo and WeTransfer).

NO. We are currently only accepting video submissions online. You can also participate in one of our Virtual Open Call auditions.

The Virtual Open Call is just like an open call audition but from the comfort of your home using your phone, tablet or computer equipped with a webcam. You can register and choose a date and time to perform your audition. The Casting Team will review auditions in real time just like an open call.

Once you choose a date and time through your Artist Account, you will see a countdown for your audition. You will also receive a confirmation email with your selected date and time, as well as a reminder email on the day of your scheduled audition.

YES. You may register for another Virtual Open Call 24 hours after you've completed your previous audition. Simply login to your Artist Account and register for a new Virtual Open Call audition.

YES! However, the dates and time slots fill up quickly, so please make your selection early. Login to your Artist Account and click the edit button next to your Virtual Open Call registration.

NO. Prepare a song that best suits your voice and represents you as an artist.

YES! Be sure to have everything set up and ready to go before your audition time.

You will have 1:30 (1 minute, 30 seconds) to perform at your Virtual Open Call audition.

If you are selected to move on to the next round, a member of The Voice Casting Team will contact you with more details and let you know what happens next!

YES! Your parent or legal guardian MUST electronically sign the consent form in your Artist Account.

You can use any computer or smart device equipped with a camera and microphone.

We suggest using Google's Chrome or Apple's Safari web browsers for the best experience; also make sure your web browser app has all the most recent updates installed.

Your device will likely request access to allow your browser to use your camera and microphone when beginning your audition - if you receive this prompt, click/tap "Allow".

Virtual Open Call is not supported on the Internet Explorer browser.

You may be able to register for another Virtual Open Call or, if another one is not available, complete a Video Submission in the "Video Submission" section of your Artist Account.

YES! Login with your email address and password. You'll need to complete the agreements and then select a Video Submission and/or Virtual Open Call for the next round of auditions. If you're not able to login, reset your password by following the "Forgot Password" process.

NO. You must submit an official Video Submission through your Artist Account or participate in one of our Virtual Open Call auditions to be considered for The Voice.

If you can't login to your Artist Account, go to the main login page, enter your email address and click "forgot password." You will be sent an email and need to follow the "password reset link" which will allow you to change your password and verify your account.

NO. You must follow the guidelines on nbcthevoice.com on how to submit an OFFICIAL Video Submission for The Voice Casting Team.

DO NOT PAY THEM! These companies are in NO WAY affiliated with the casting of The Voice. You should never pay a fee to audition for The Voice!
